- All items are shipped FedEx, UPS or US Priority Mail usually within 3-15 business days of your payment being received (for those in the US. Allow additional time for International orders.) If any items are backordered, you will be notified within 10 business days of payment with options given - please double check your email address is correct on your order. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer for fastest delivery - all international orders ship from GothicStyles.com.
Terms and Returns:
All orders must be pre-paid...we do not accept COD. Payment in US Funds only. Complete information must be given with your order and a verified address provided. Credit card orders are processed through the Address Verification System and orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card (Email us if this is not possible - faxing or mailing of additional information may be required).
ALL Sales are Final. Exchanges for size ONLY. There is a 15% exchange fee for incorrect size - please be certain to check our size charts before ordering. Item must be returned to us at customer expense prior to new item going out. Exchanges must be in a complete and unworn condition only. We must be notified of request for exchange within 2 days following receipt of your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO US LAW, ANY ITEM WITH ATTACHED OR INCLUDED PANTIES CANNOT BE RETURNED. This includes swim wear, teddies and items which include panties.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of sending your payment. After that, order is subject to return policies below. FULL Refunds will be given on canceled orders only. You must email us a cancellation including your order number and full name to sales@gothicstyles.com - please make the subject line “Cancellation of Order”. You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation or other information if your order has been shipped.
Shopping at Gothic Styles
We use a secure shopping cart for your protection and ease of shopping. Just click on the “Buy” button, edit your order (change the quantity and click on the ”Recalculate” button or hit enter to refresh it). You can add as many items as you like (just click the back button on your browser - NOTE: your browser must accept cookies for this feature to work...turn it on through the “options” or ”preferences” in your favorite browser). Then “Go to Payments” once your order is complete. For your security and protection please do not email credit card or other personal information! Use our cart only or email us for a secure message area!!
Shopping cart provides a printable receipt upon completion of payment information. Please keep this for your records and refer to the Order Number it contains when contacting us. Please always include your full name, auction ID, and email address when contacting us for faster response.

as well as payment via Money Orders
Select your payment preference in the shopping cart. We prefer payment through Visa or MasterCard, Discover and American Express (see International Orders if you are outside the US). We ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card and verify all addresses to protect against possible fraud and our customers against stolen credit cards. For fastest service, please make sure you use the correct address when you order. We also accept money orders sent via US Mail (payable to Awave, Inc.), Western Union or other payment methods upon request. All orders must be paid within 15 days or order will be automatically canceled unless other arrangements are made.

We now offer layaway!!! Due to a number of requests, we now offer layaway service at no additional charge! Minimum for layaway: $200. You may choose to pay a portion of your order instead of the total. Orders must be paid in full within 6 months. Order will not be shipped until the final payment is received. Items are subject to availability and you will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items once your full payment is received and may choose an alternate item(s). You may change your order at any time prior to shipment. If you choose to cancel it or if the order is not paid within 6 months, you may request a refund less a 15% processing fee. Refunds are completed within 30 days. All changes must be made in via email.
International Orders
Unfortunately, there has been a high amount of fraud committed from some countries. If you are outside the US, please read this section before placing your order. Orders that do not follow these procedures will be automatically canceled.
Payment Information: All payments must be in US Dollars ONLY. If you are in Canada or the UK - we accept payment via Visa or MasterCard, or Money Order. Other Countries - we accept International Money Order or Wire Transfer. In all cases we require prepayment and confirmation of your shipping address - we do not accept 3rd party payments or ship to address other than a verified address.
Shipping & Handling: There is a flat $5 handling charge per order (no matter how many items you order!) plus exact shipping charges to your country. We will inform you of exact charges once we receive your order. Any restrictions, fees, duties, etc. of your individual country applies. Additional shipping charges must be paid before order is shipped.
